Honeycrisp apples have larger than normal cells, which means they fracture cleanly when bitten and produce a refreshing sweetness and shattering in your mouth.

Honeycrisp apples have a light green/yellow background largely covered with red-orange flush with strong hints of pink. They are honey sweet with a tart crunch
